I've been bringing my vehicles here for years, and the experience has always been outstanding. It's rare to find a repair shop that is so consistently honest, knowledgeable, and dependable. The team takes the time to explain what needs to be done, answers questions without pressure, and never recommends unnecessary repairs. Their expertise and attention to detail have given me confidence that my vehicle is always in good hands. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional—everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. It's refreshing to work with a business that values integrity and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable automotive service and a team they can trust.

Moved to the area last year and needed a reliable and trustworthy shop for my car. Whenever something is not right, tires, charging, regular maintenance or concern with my car I go here, and they have provided great service and looked after me right away. James and the team are always super helpful and do not rip me off and sell me things I don't need. My car is older now and I want to keep it a while and need the services they provide to keep it safe. I definitely recommend their services. You will find a great place, people and service here.

Cannot say enough good things about Mavis! Chance helped me and was absolutely wonderful! We went in thinking we might be dealing with a huge expensive issue with our van and they were unbelievably kind, patient, and helpful through the whole process. They took the time to actually check EVERYTHING thoroughly instead of just throwing parts at it or trying to upsell us into spending a fortune. The staff was so honest and reassuring and explained things in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and not just making money off of them. They ran diagnostics, checked the batteries, looked over the vehicle carefully, and gave us peace of mind when we were worried sick about a major repair. It is so rare these days to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but this team absolutely is. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help us figure things out. They saved us from potentially spending thousands unnecessarily and we are so grateful. If you want a place that will truly take care of you, be honest with you, and help you make smart decisions about your vehicle, go to Mavis Tires. Hig

I found Mavis on Fruitville to be the friendliest place for tire repair in Sarasota. The shop was clean, and the staff in the office were excellent. They truly went above and beyond to help me with a simple repair after the first tire shop I stopped at literally said they didn’t have time for it. I’ll definitely be back when I need tire replacement. Thank you!
